All additional marketing opportunities are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. ATC must approve all artwork before distribution or production on any supported item.

Abstracts2View™ – $55,000
The Abstracts2View™ program, gives Congress attendees the ability to search for and find answers to all submitted Congress abstract related questions with the fully searchable, user-friendly abstract viewing products.

Attendee Lanyards – $10,000
Lanyards (badge holder) are a one-of-a-kind opportunity to gain exposure for your company. All attendees will receive a lanyard with your company name or logo as a sole sponsor.

Attendee Tote Bags – $25,000
Offering elite advertising exposure, the Tote Bags are one of the most coveted support opportunities. This opportunity puts you in front of attendees with your advertisement. The bags include all conference materials and are provided at registration to each attendee upon registering.

Audience Response Systems – $35,000
Sessions using the audience response system are becoming popular offerings at medical meetings. The systems provide an opportunity for more interaction between faculty and attendees.

Banners – $5,000
Your large, colorful banner is displayed in the Hynes Convention Center so it is visible to all ATC attendees. You provide the artwork and we produce the banner. Specific locations can be selected by contacting Robin Geary at rgeary@ahint.com

Boston Foldout Map - $10,000
People rarely throw away a map, and a PopOut city map with your company message will be retained by your customers as a reminder of their trip or visit long after they have returned home.

Column Wraps – $5,000 each – 3 for $12,000
Your large, colorful banner is wrapped around a column in the Hynes Convention Center so it is visible to all ATC attendees. You provide the artwork and we produce the wrap. Specific locations can be selected by contacting Robin Geary at rgeary@ahint.com

Cyber Café (e-Café) – $35,000 (SOLD)
Located in the exhibit hall, the cyber café will allow attendees to access home and office email and will be available during exhibit hours.

Digital Signage – $35,000 (SOLD)
Take advantage of advertising your company using electronic displays that shows programming, information, and other messages throughout the Hynes Convention Center during ATC.

iPosters™ – $55,000
The new iPosters™ program is a state-of-the-art program that provides users the opportunity to view posters online that have been uploaded by their authors in an interactive, fully searchable database with the ability to magnify the poster content for detailed viewing, contact the author directly with comments and/or questions, bookmark for easy access on return visits, and much more.

Footprints – $4,000
Footprints on the exhibit floor are being offered as an advertising opportunity; they grab the attention of all attendees. Stickers, in the shape of footprints with an advertisement designed by the exhibitor, draw attendee’s attention by letting them read the exhibitor’s name, but they also help lead them to the exhibitor’s booth.

Hotel Key Cards – $20,000 (SOLD)
The majority of attendees stay in one of the official hotels of ATC. You’re guaranteed to get more visibility than the competition; gain maximum exposure by putting a message directly in the hands of target audience; advertise on a product that attendees keep with them throughout their stay and will assist in improving traffic to your exhibit booth.

Mobile Application – $20,000
Strategically place your corporate logo within our mobile application. Logo will not be positioned on or near educational sessions.

Note Pads – $15,000
ATC will distribute environmentally-friendly notepads produced using recycled paper to each of our attendees in the attendee tote bag. Imprinted with the sponsor’s corporate logo, and the only notepad provided in the congress tote bag, sponsorship of this item offers a tremendous opportunity for exposure to our congress audience.

Pens – $5,000 /Flag Highlighter Pens – $15,000
Distributed in each tote bag and imprinted with your corporate logo, attendees will easily be able to access a writing tool or highlighter with handy flags to assist in referencing program guidebook information.

On Site Program – $25,000
This indispensable guide is made available onsite to all ATC attendees. The Program Guidebook contains a schedule of activities, complete exhibitor information, scientific program, poster sessions and other general information to assist attendees during their participation. Recognition includes corporate advertisements positioned on the inside front cover, inside back and back cover.

Schedule-At-A-Glance - $15,000 (SOLD)
Always a popular support item, the pocket-sized schedule-at-a-glance will provide attendees with the entire meeting schedule, room locations, and map of the convention center. Your corporate logo will be placed on the back cover for complete visibility throughout the entire Congress.

Tote Bag Insert – $2,500
Include a printed insert in the tote bags distributed to all attendees.(min. 5,000 pieces)

Water Stations – $20,000 sole sponsor / $5,000 per day (Sun-Wed)
Sponsor will be recognized on signage posted at water stations placed throughout the convention center for the convenience of attendees.
