Affiliate Space will be released on a first-come, first-served basis.  Space is based on availability. 

Only one form per meeting request
All meeting space released will be in the Sheraton Boston. *

Space will be released ONLY during the following times:
Friday, June 1: All day – space permitting
Saturday, June 2: 12:00 noon – 2:00 pm; 8:00 pm – 11:00 pm*
Sunday, June 3: 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm; 6:30 pm – 11:00 pm*
Monday, June 4: 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm; 6:30 pm – 11:00 pm*
Tuesday, June 5: 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm; 6:30 pm – 11:00 pm*
Wednesday, June 6: 12:30 pm – and beyond*

*Other hotels may be requested.
** If more than 150 attendees will be invited, please provide a full description of the event. In some cases, a large event may be considered a satellite symposium and require funding to the ATC.
