** Verification Required Onsite. Residents must provide a letter from their program director; students should contact their department chairs.

***Note to Trainees: Trainees must submit an official letter from their university indicating full-time enrollment. A copy of student ID will NOT be accepted. Letters may be submitted to khoward@ahint.com or faxed to Kristin Howard - 856-439-0525. If we do not receive a letter from you in advance of the conference you will be asked to pay the difference for a regular registration when you arrive on-site. Trainees registering onsite must provide verification of their trainee status as outlined above.
